Johnny Depp is currently in talks to star opposite St. Angie in The Tourist . " Basically, Sam couldn't come up with a creative way to make his ass more famous, so the producers decided to go with Depp instead. " The Tourist has already seen a shit load of changes.  

In the latest casting twist for a project that's already seen more than its share, Johnny Depp is negotiating to star opposite Angelina Jolie in "The Tourist."  

Johnny Depp is taking a look at the title role in The Tourist , playing an American who gets wrapped up with an Interpol agent, played by Angelina Jolie , on the hunt for her ex-lover. Depp would replace Sam Worthington, who dropped out over creative differences. Director Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck has also left the film, with Alfonso Cuaron in talks to take over.  

 

Johnny, 46, is in talks to replace Terminator Salvation hunk Sam Worthington , who has pulled out of the male lead role opposite Angelina. The mom-of-six signed on to replace Charlize Theron who was originally attached to the project. The movie, which is a remake of a 2005 French spy thriller called Anthony Zimmer , involves a female Interpol agent who uses an American tourist visiting France as bait for a wanted criminal who also happens to be her former lover.  

Hollywood superstar Brad Pitt is making an attempt to drop his sex symbol image, it seems, by hiding his chiselled looks with a beard. The 43-year-old actor has been seen sporting a beard like Johnny Depp's character Jack Sparrow from the 'Pirates of The Caribbean' films and has tied up his facial hair into mini ponytails threaded with silver beads, reported Daily Mail online. Pitt's grey beard was on show as he arrived at Narita International airport in the eastern suburbs of Tokyo today.
